Millcreek Manufacturing (Honey Brook, PA) is currently hiring for a Customer Service Specialist. This position is full time at 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime available as needed. Part-time hours may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
Tasks
- Assist our Parts & Service Dept in answering calls, entering orders and solving customer questions
- Respond to customer call backs & follow ups in a timely fashion
- Provide back up help to our receptionist to greet customers & route phone calls
- Take a lead role in coordinating photos & text copy for our online parts store, troubleshoot potential issues
- Data entry & misc admin tasks – update various documents, manuals & promotional material
- Special projects as assigned – may be asked to assist in other depts as needed
Qualities
- Exceptional customer service & attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize & handle several projects at once
- Willingness to pitch in where needed
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license preferred
- Some customer service, mechanical or agricultural/equine knowledge preferred
